shipping info and policy
1. Order Processing Time
Regular orders take up to 5 business days to prepare. Preorder policies may vary. You will be notified by email once your order is ready for shipment or pick-up.
2. Delivery Options
Pick-up
We will contact you about the possible pick up dates and place when your order is ready. Orders can be picked up free of charge.
Postal Delivery
We ship exclusively within Finland via Posti. A flat shipping fee of 9,90€ will be applied at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within Finland. For international packages please message us directly.
5. Returns and Refunds
Pre-orders are non-refundable once processing begins.
If your product arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at mellowminutes@gmail.com within 14 days from delivery.
6. Disclaimer for Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, please note that pre-order fulfillment and shipping may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you immediately if there are any changes to your order status.
