WHEN
See the spesific date from the order confirmation sent to your email. Each session starts at 1pm on the selected date.
Please arrive on time, because the room is located on the other side of the stadium and takes few minutes walk. We suggest you to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start.
WHERE
The session takes place at the Olympic Stadium, (Sali 5/ Room 5). Address: Paavo Nurmen tie 1, 00250 Helsinki. You can find the entrance next to the Stadium Tower. You will be guided from the entrance.
NOTE: The space does not offer mats so please bring your own mat or towel.
Class bookings are final and non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling are not possible. However, you may transfer your spot to another person.
