AboutAn independent community and track club from Helsinki, hosting events and concepts around movement.
Who we are A community and a platform for active culture. We bring people together through sport, events and the culture around an active lifestyle.
Our story
Where it started It started in 2022 with a passion for running, a love of doing things together and a wish to connect people through movement. One easy morning run in Helsinki, open to anyone, turned into a weekly routine that has moved people ever since. That feeling of showing up together still drives everything we make.
Made in-house Everything is conceived, designed and produced by our own team, from concept and visual identity to photo, film and the event itself. For partners that means one team from first idea to last photo, and an audience that is already there.
01Concept+We shape the idea, the format and the story, so every event feels like it belongs to the community.
02Production+Venues, schedules and everything on the day, handled by our own team.
03Visuals+Visual identity, posters and graphics made for each concept.
04Photo & film+We document our events ourselves, with photos and film for both us and our partners.
05Community+An active audience in Helsinki that already shows up, moves together and shares what they do.

Work With Us
Safer space
Mellow Minutes is a
non-discriminatory community.
We ask everyone to give space for others to be themselves, to be heard, and to be seen as equals. Treat others with respect and speak up if something doesn’t feel right. By joining our runs or events, you agree to these shared principles. You can always give us a message or tell our pacers if you come across any behaviour that doesn’t feel right. This space belongs to all of us, and it’s on all of us to help keep it safe and respectful.
01Avoid assumptionsDon’t make assumptions about anyone’s sexuality, gender, nationality, religion, values, background, health, appearance or physical abilities. Respect everyone’s right to self-determination.
02Be respectfulRespect people’s physical, mental, and emotional boundaries. Approach others with an open mind, kindness, and demonstrate compassion and acceptance to both others and yourself. Avoid comments on someone’s appearance or other personal traits. Discrimination, racism, or harassment of any kind is not tolerated.
03Be inclusiveLet’s engage in a way that builds inclusivity and respects diversity. Everyone should feel seen and welcome on all runs and events. Don’t reproduce racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or ableist stereotypes in your speech, actions, or behavior.
04Give and receive feedbackIf you notice behavior that’s not okay, please don’t ignore it. A small check-in or quiet word can make a big difference. If someone gives you feedback about something you’ve said or done, take it seriously. We’re all learning, and feedback helps us grow.
05On photography and filmingPhotography and filming is allowed at our events, and by participating you acknowledge and accept that you may appear in event-related documentation or communication. However, secretly filming others or publishing photos or videos that portray someone in a disrespectful or harmful way is strictly prohibited. Always respect others’ boundaries and privacy.
