01Order processing timeRegular orders take up to 5 business days to prepare. Preorder policies may vary. You will be notified by email once your order is ready for shipment or pick-up.
02Delivery optionsPick-up. We will contact you about the possible pick up dates and place when your order is ready. Orders can be picked up free of charge.Postal delivery. We ship exclusively within Finland via Posti. A flat shipping fee of 9,90€ will be applied at checkout.
03Estimated delivery timeOnce shipped, packages typically arrive within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
04Shipping restrictionsWe currently ship only within Finland. For international packages please message us directly.
05Returns and refundsPre-orders are non-refundable once processing begins. If your product arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at mellowminutes@gmail.com within 14 days from delivery.
